Management and Leadership in the Real World

“Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do.” ~Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Do you want to take a deeper dive into your leadership and management skills? Have you read books and attended workshops on leadership or management strategies and want to find a way to put this information into practical use?

Our new series “Management and leadership in the Real World” takes this information and applies it to the situations you encounter each day. In a smaller cohort group format, each session’s cutting edge content is presented by a skilled instructor and enhanced by peer-to-peer support, helping members to discuss issues and explore solutions.

With eight, two-hour sessions, group members encourage and provide feedback to one another, set specific leadership goals and use tools learned to achieve them. Instructor facilitated content in each session will further hone specific skills. This group requires commitment, confidentiality, and a willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas. We will support each other with honesty, respect, and compassion.

Each session will include:

  • Specific leadership topics and tools that arise over the course of the series
  • Facilitated group discussion
  • Support and peer accountability
  • Time to present an issue to the group and receive ideas and feedback

To preserve the cohort nature of this group, space is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
